Qualifications

• Must have: High School/4 years combined manufacturing, shipbuilding, trades, military experience.
• Must have: Associate Degree in a Trade/Technical and 3 years relevant experience.
• Internal candidates must have Superior Attendance and Disciplinary Record.
• No more than 3 unexcused absences in last 180 days.
• No safety DANS resulting in disciplinary layoff in last 180 days.
• No more than 2 total DANS in last 180 days (excluding lost tool).
• Must be willing and able to work any shift assigned.
