Job summary

KPFF Consulting Engineers seeks an experienced Senior Transportation Civil Engineer/PM to lead projects across Washington. You will drive full lifecycle management, oversee a multidisciplinary design team, and mentor staff while maintaining client relationships and ensuring budget, schedule, and regulatory compliance.

As a premier engineering firm, you will contribute to impactful transportation and infrastructure projects, collaborating with municipalities and transit agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering required.
• PE license in Washington State required.
• 10+ years of civil/transportation engineering experience with WA project management.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil3D; MicroStation/OpenRoads familiarity is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork; ability to manage multiple active projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle management of transportation projects from pursuit to closeout.
• Oversee design teams and subconsultants in project delivery.
• Manage client relationships, budgets, and schedules to meet expectations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to standards across projects.
• Mentor junior engineers and project staff to foster growth.
