Qualifications

Knowledge and experience in construction techniques, reading plans, procedures, methods, equipment and materials.
Supervisory experience in construction management/inspection situations.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise project inspection activities.
Review and maintain project documentation for compliance.
Prepare and submit project inspection reports and work authorizations.
Interact with public, government agencies, contractors, and sub-contractors.
Skills
Strong computer proficiency
NICET Level 2 or higher in Transportation/Highway Construction
NECEPT-Bituminous and Concrete Field Technician
ACI Concrete Field-Testing Technician
Education
High school diploma or equivalent
