Job summary

Biogen is seeking an Associate Medical Director, Transplant Evidence Generation, to join the Global Medical Affairs Transplant team. The role partners across functions to advance evidence plans and strategies for global transplant launches.

You will lead external expert engagements, inform study design with scientific insights, and drive real-world and outcomes research initiatives while contributing to publication plans and conference materials.

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent doctoral degree in life sciences.
• Minimum five years in pharmaceutical industry with Medical Affairs exposure.
• Experience supporting evidence generation activities (registries, ISTs, phase 4, real-world studies).
• Experience contributing to scientific publications and congress presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GMA transplant team to develop Integrated Evidence Plan.
• Lead scientific engagement with external experts to identify evidence gaps.
• Provide scientific insights informing study design and evidence priorities.
• Lead evidence generation across transplant indications including real-world data.
