Biogen, Inc. is seeking an Associate Medical Director, Transplant Evidence Generation, to drive evidence plans and engagement across transplant indications.

You’ll partner with the GMA Transplant team and external experts to shape study design, real‑world evidence, and publication strategies with a global launch in sight. You will lead collaboration across functions, deliver scientific insights, and support communications, congress activities, and internal training to strengthen Biogen’s

Qualifications

• PharmD, PhD, MD or equivalent doctoral degree in life sciences.
• Minimum five years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including Medical Affairs.
• Experience supporting evidence generation activities (registries, ISTs, phase 4, real-world evidence).
• Proven ability to contribute to scientific publications and congress presentations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with GMA transplant team to develop integrated evidence plans aligned with medical strategy.
• Lead scientific engagement with external experts to identify evidence gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Clinical Development to inform study design and evidence priorities.
• Lead evidence generation activities across transplant indications, including real-world evidence.
• Support publication planning and dissemination at congresses and in peer‑reviewed venues.
• Work with cross-functional partners as SME to support medical initiatives and trainings.
• Attend major scientific congresses to gather insights and develop conference coverage materials.
