Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an ABET-accredited program is required.
A PE license is necessary for this role.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in overhead transmission line design.
Responsibilities
Serve as the Engineer of Record for overhead transmission line projects.
Provide technical leadership to the design team throughout all project phases.
Conduct reviews of engineering calculations, models, and design packages.
Skills
Advanced knowledge of overhead transmission line design principles
Strong working knowledge of NESC and RUS
Advanced proficiency with PLS-CADD, SAG10, AutoCAD
Excellent communication skills
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
