Qualifications
- 5+ years designing overhead transmission and/or distribution lines preferred.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred or ability to obtain it within a year.
- Experience leading projects or mentoring engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers.
- Perform and review overhead line designs using PLS-CADD.
- Guide junior engineers and support technical problem solving.
- Collaborate with utility clients on design projects.
