Aetos Systems, Inc. is seeking a Transmission Electronic Technician to lead a team in fabricating, installing, maintaining, and repairing communication systems. You will translate engineering directions into actionable tasks and oversee daily workflow on-site.

Candidates should have an AS/technical degree in Electronics or related field and 6+ years of experience, with strong schematic literacy and the ability to pass a NASA background check. On-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6+ years of related experience or completion of an approved apprenticeship.
• Understanding of electrical theory and ability to diagnose circuits.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate workflow and assign tasks within the transmission team.
• Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and schematics.
• Troubleshoot and repair transmission systems across copper, fiber, and Ethernet media.
• Install, maintain, and test transmission systems; update documentation.
