Qualifications

• 8 years of experience in knowledge management, content curation, or digital library systems.
• Expertise in metadata governance, taxonomy design, and document lifecycle management.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering enterprise-level training programs.
• Experience leading large teams through organizational transformations.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise-wide “Gold Standard” for content curation, including metadata frameworks, taxonomy structures, and quality assurance protocols.
• Document end-to-end curation workflows, including content sourcing, validation, transformation, and publishing.
• Conduct capability gap assessments to evaluate existing staff skills against required standards.
• Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum focused on advanced data curation, metadata governance, and AI-enabled content workflows.
• Create training materials including manuals, guides, assessment tools, and digital learning content.
• Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions to large user groups.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training assessments and continuous feedback loops.
• Ensure adoption of new practices by aligning training outputs with operational goals.
