Booz Allen Hamilton in Ashburn, VA is seeking a Trainer and Customer Enablement Specialist to lead a team of trainers and deliver diverse programs to law enforcement mission clients, in person or virtually. You will design, conduct, and tailor training plans to boost individual and organizational performance, and you may travel up to one week per month to CONUS locations.

Bachelor’s required; Public Trust eligibility may be needed.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in a professional work environment.
Experience conducting virtual and in-person training to prepare users to accomplish maximum retention and minimize retraining.
Ability to travel up to 1 week per month to CONUS locations.
Ability to develop, establish, document, and conduct IT knowledge enhancement training for all users.
Ability to develop content for creating training plans, computer-based training and training materials.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of trainers to develop and deliver training programs for law enforcement mission clients.
Provide stand-up classroom instruction or virtual instruction based on needs.
