You will design, develop, and implement training programs that translate complex data into actionable intelligence for our client.

You will mentor staff, advise on new data sources, and guide exercise planning and execution under strict security requirements, including TS/SCI with polygraph.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and delivering technical tradecraft training.
• Experience with Intelligence Community partners.
• Ability to train US Government on tradecraft and technical topics.
• Ability to run operational exercises and mentor students.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of analysts to support client operational landscape.
• Develop new data sources and tradecraft recommendations.
• Provide time-critical recommendations under pressure.
• Mentor and train junior analysts and staff.
