Role Summary:
MoA Funds is seeking a Lead Fund Administration Analyst to support the oversight of key fund administration functions including fund accounting, custody operations, investment performance reporting, regulatory reporting, board reporting, and service provider management.
The role will assist in monitoring third-party service providers, evaluating operational controls, supporting regulatory compliance, delivering reporting to management, and the Board of Trustees, and leveraging AI-enabled tools to improve reporting and operational efficiency.

The salary range below describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this role. The role is also eligible for an annual bonus; whereby total compensation may exceed this range depending on individual and / or company performance.
Base Salary Range: $91,800 - $137,700
