Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Lead Analyst, Traceability and Labeling Controls to be based in New Brunswick, NJ, or adjacent sites. You will lead scoping, planning, and execution of serialization, labeling controls, and GS1 regulatory standards across Innovative Medicine and MedTech.

You will partner with multiple teams to translate requirements into actionable steps, manage dashboards for base business performance, and guide data quality improvements, ensuring timely, compliant delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years in supply chain or analytics.
• Experience in serialization or GS1 standards is essential.
• Strong data modeling, data mapping, and API integration experience.
• Proficient with Excel, macros, dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Cross-functional collaboration and project leadership in a global setting.
• Experience with SAP/Cloudera Hadoop and data platforms a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping for regulatory and customer requirements and translate into actionable steps.
• Own dashboards and metrics for base business performance and operations.
• Manage projects across functions and geographies within timelines and budgets.
• Partner with IT and business to improve data quality and digital strategies.
• Lead UAT/SIT for deployments and ensure GMP/GxP compliance.
• Develop SOPs and training materials related to GS1 and TL&C capabilities.
