Qualifications

• At least 10 years of toolmaking experience.
• At least 10 years of CNC programming and operating experience.
• Mastercam experience required.
• Experience with Hass and Fryer CNC machines strongly preferred.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Comfortable working in a small shop setting and willing to help in other areas when needed.
• Able to handle physical aspects of the job, including heavy lifting and standing for long periods.
• Able to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Program, set up and troubleshoot Hass and Fryer CNC machines.
• Prepare tool and offset lists for CNC programs.
• Design, build, troubleshoot, sharpen and repair dies for press machines.
• Maintain equipment in toolroom, CNC and press room.
• Maintain inventory and documentation for toolroom, CNC department and press room.
• Train and help oversee employees in toolroom and CNC department.
• Other duties as assigned.
