Aufgaben

• Lead a team of Tool & Die Makers, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Maintain and repair existing tooling for production, demonstrating expert knowledge of tool/die, timing, and rework techniques.
• Set up and operate machine tools, such as lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to machine parts and verify conformance to specifications.
• Study blueprints and models to determine materials and machines required to fabricate parts.
• Maintain and complete production assignments within the schedule and communicate with supervisors.
• Report breakdown root causes and equipment faults, recommending solutions for continuous improvement.
• Ensure all work adheres to quality standards and regulations.
