Job summary

CDM Smith in the North Region seeks an experienced Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling lead to perform studies for toll facilities, apply travel demand analysis, supervise project technical content and mentor junior staff.

You will manage tasks, ensure QA/QC, and coordinate with clients while advancing technical vision and delivering high-quality analyses across large data sets, supporting planning efforts. Occasional travel may be required as projects demand.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline. AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or approved certification in a related field. Or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related discipline.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years of experience with Master's degree. Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
• Equivalent additional directly related experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies throughout the North Region, including potential Project Technical Leader for Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling Projects.
• Execute Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets for Traffic and Revenue studies and highway planning.
• Perform overall task management and QA/QC procedures for projects.
• Coordinate and manage the technical content of projects, drive the technical vision, ensure accuracy, and assemble the right skill sets.
• Mentor junior staff by reviewing drafts and QA/QC deliverables.
