Job summary

CDM Smith in the North Region is seeking a senior transportation professional to lead traffic revenue and demand modeling for toll agencies. You will apply travel demand analyses and surveys to deliver studies from sketch to investment-grade detail.

You will mentor junior staff, coordinate technical content and QA/QC across projects, and collaborate with clients to ensure high-quality highway planning deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Civil Engineering, Urban, Community or Regional Planning or related field.
• Professional certifications (AICP, PTP, PE, CEP) or equivalent.
• 10 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 9 years with a Master's degree.

Responsibilities

• Performing Traffic Revenue and Demand Modeling for toll agencies throughout the North Region, potentially as Project Technical Leader.
• Executing Advanced Data Analysis on large datasets for planning projects.
• Performing overall task management, and QA/QC procedures.
• Coordinating and managing the technical content of projects, driving technical vision, ensuring accuracy and right skill sets on the project.
• Mentoring junior staff by providing thorough editing of draft documents and QA/QC of deliverables.
