Magic Memories is hiring Lead Infant and Toddler Teachers in Collegeville, PA to create a safe, engaging learning environment and support children's development. We offer a Monday–Friday schedule with no nights or weekends, 401(k), PTO and holidays, plus supportive leadership in the classroom.

As a Lead Teacher you will guide growth, build strong relationships with families, and model best practices in early childhood education while maintaining positive classroom culture and developmentally

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Early Childhood Education (infant, toddler, or preschool age).
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; HS diploma considered with varied pay.
• CDA Pathway can provide incremental pay increases.

Aufgaben

• Ensure health, safety, and supervision of children at all times.
• Maintain classroom ratios and supervision standards.
• Support a positive and nurturing classroom environment.
• Assist with planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activities.
• Lead activities such as storytime, centers, music, and play-based learning.
• Encourage children to follow classroom rules and routines.
• Monitor children's development and progress.
• Communicate professionally with parents and leadership.
• Uphold Magic Memories policies, procedures, and core values.
