Joy of Learning Center in Shelbyville, TN seeks passionate teachers to join a play-based program that inspires lifelong learners. Full-time and part-time roles Monday–Friday, with in-house training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching young children and managing classroom activities.
• Ability to follow curriculum and facilitate age-appropriate activities.
• Strong communication with parents and team members.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and participate in age-appropriate activities to promote development.
• Prepare children for kindergarten through organized education from infancy to school age.
• Assist in daily care such as feeding, changing, and nap time.
• Maintain communication with parents via Classroom Management system.
• Assist Lead Teachers and Director as needed.
