Job summary

The Learning Experience is hiring a Lead Teacher in Mansfield, TX to guide Little Learners from infancy to preschool with joyful, engaging activities.

Responsibilities include planning age-appropriate lessons, maintaining safe classrooms, tracking milestones, and communicating with families through the app. A HS diploma/GED is required; an Associate degree in ECE is preferred; 2+ years of lead-teacher experience is ideal.

• Create fun learning by executing engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
• Create safe & happy spaces by ensuring center standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization.
• Monitor growth and development through milestones and celebrate progress.
• Build relationships and communicate with families and share daily updates via the app.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers to maintain a supportive and joyful learning environment.
