Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Lead Toddler Teacher to join our growing early childhood team. Our program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child’s development through discovery and play.

As a Lead Toddler Teacher, you will design engaging activities, maintain a warm classroom routine, and partner with families to support each child’s growth.

• AA in ECE or related field (required).
• Must meet state licensing requirements.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
