Job summary

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool, part of Spring Education Group, is seeking an energetic Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The role supports toddlers through discovery and play, helping them build independence and essential learning skills in a safe, engaging classroom.

You'll design age-appropriate activities, maintain a warm routine, and collaborate with families and co-teachers to deliver a high-quality learning experience in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and meet state licensing requirements.
• A High School diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in a licensed childcare center.
• Passion for early learning, creativity, and helping children discover new skills each day.
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Chesterbrook Academy Preschool is seeking an energetic and nurturing Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our growing early childhood education team! Our toddler program is designed to spark curiosity, build confidence, and support every child’s development through discovery and play.

As a Toddler Assistant Teacher, you’ll create a safe and engaging classroom where children can explore the world around them while building independence and essential early learning skills.
