The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking a responsible, dependable and motivated lead teacher for our Toddler program. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package in a state-of-the-art facility.

Responsibilities include following Ohio regulations, effective classroom management, executing lesson plans, parent communication and maintaining an engaging classroom. CDA or ECE degree strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in a childcare setting.
• Ability to lift 30 pounds and sustain high activity levels.
• CDA Credential, ECE or related degree preferred.
• Excellent communication, creativity, teamwork and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Follow State of Ohio and Goddard regulations.
• Manage classroom with developmentally appropriate practices.
• Implement lesson plans in academic and enrichment subject areas.
• Communicate with parents.
• Maintain an aesthetically pleasing classroom environment.
