The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking a responsible, dependable Assistant Teacher for our Toddler program. This role supports the lead teacher with lesson plans, parent communication, and maintaining a vibrant classroom environment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of preschool or group experience and a CDA credential is a plus. The facility offers a supportive team, a 20,000 sq ft space with multiple classrooms, and a benefits package including PTO, holidays, health care plan,

Qualifications

• Successful classroom management using developmentally appropriate practices.
• Assist lead teacher with lesson plans and parent communication.
• Candidates should be able to lift 20 pounds, sustain high level of activity, bend, stoop and sit on the floor.
• Candidate must have at least 1 year of working in a preschool or group environment and having a CDA Credential is a plus.
• Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, creativity, strong work ethic, positive energy and enthusiasm about early childhood education.
• Focus on teamwork and customer service required!

The Goddard School in Springboro is seeking responsible, dependable, motivated and caring individual for an Assistant Teacher in our Toddler program. Our facility is a state-of-the-art 20,000 sq. ft. building with 10 classroom, half court gym, gross motor room and 3 separate playgrounds.
