Child Development Schools in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Lead Teacher to create a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, and growth. You will guide young learners through hands-on activities, storytelling, and daily learning moments, fostering curiosity, confidence, kindness, and safety.

As a trusted partner to families, you will collaborate with a supportive teaching team, document progress, communicate with parents, and ensure licensing ratios are met.

Formación

• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire.
• Genuine care for children and their safety.
• Strong communication and ability to build relationships with families.
• Physical ability to meet the demands of working with young children.
• ECE degree or coursework is a plus, training provided as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
