The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Teacher to serve as an educational ambassador, guiding classrooms and mentoring fellow educators. You will set the academic foundation for lifelong learning, inspiring joy, curiosity, and confidence in young minds across infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

You will lead curriculum implementation, ensure safety, and partner with families to track progress, while collaborating with center leadership to meet enrollment and engagement goals.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and collaborate to create a stimulating, welcoming space for infants, toddlers, and/or preschoolers.
• Implement and adapt the proprietary L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to individual needs.
• Prioritize safety and provide a nurturing environment for all children.
• Communicate regularly with families about progress and milestones via apps and in-person discussions.
• Collaborate with center staff and leadership to drive retention, enrollment, and engagement goals.
• Build warm relationships with families and colleagues to support learning and play.
