Qualifikationen

• Have at least 2 years of Early Child Care experience.
• CDA preferred, or willing to obtain (we'll cover costs!).
• Be comfortable talking with parents and caregivers.
• Promote positive classroom management techniques.
• Share ideas and experiences with their Co-Teacher.
• Feel comfortable leading lessons and activities with energy and joy.
• Collaborate with directors and onsite owners.
