Job summary

The Goddard School in Souderton is hiring Toddler Teachers to support a growing team at our community-focused facility. This role requires leading engaging activities and positive classroom experiences for toddlers, with opportunities to implement developmentally appropriate practices.

We value collaboration with directors and Co-Teachers, and we support ongoing training. Compensation includes benefits, and we provide growth opportunities within our network of Goddard Schools.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of Early Child Care experience.
• CDA preferred, or willing to obtain (we'll cover costs!).
• Be comfortable talking with parents and caregivers.
• Promote positive classroom management techniques.
• Share ideas and experiences with their Co-Teacher.
• Feel comfortable leading lessons and activities with energy and joy.
• Collaborate with directors and onsite owners.
