Job summary

The Guild of St. Agnes in Gardner, MA seeks an EEC certified Lead Toddler Teacher to lead the classroom, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with EEC regulations.

Qualifications

• Lead Teacher qualified through EEC with an Associate's Degree.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise teaching staff in the daily operations of the classroom (Lead Teacher duties).
• Maintain child/teacher ratios in compliance with EEC regulations.
• Write and deliver annual staff performance reviews and conduct observations.
• Plan and develop developmentally appropriate curricula using agency guidelines; collaborate with parents/guardians.
• Report to the Center Director any needs or problems and participate in staff meetings.
