The Gardner School of St. Louis Park is hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher to guide a joyful, developmentally appropriate classroom. In this role you’ll lead activities, mentor assistants, and build strong relationships with families to support every child’s growth.

Required: Associate’s degree or CDA, CPR/First Aid, 2+ years in early childhood, ability to lift up to 60 lbs, and eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.

(Required)* Regular and reliable attendance.* Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing, joyful approach to care.* Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
