We are now hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher for our beautiful Guidepost Montessori school at Hurst, Texas! Get the opportunity to nurture Toddlers in an environment designed for their growth, exploration, and independence.

The role involves supporting a mixed-age class of toddler children in a Montessori environment. Guides (teachers) prepare an environment that fosters independence and captivates a child’s interest, providing personalized support to each child individually and in small groups.

Responsibilities include:

1. Observing each child to meet their needs
2. Preparing an orderly environment
3. Cultivating independence and self-confidence
4. Providing lessons on practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy
5. Forming personal connections with each child
6. Collaborating with parents

The classroom is equipped with high-quality Montessori materials and designed to enable exploration, learning, and independence.

The ideal candidate is interested in pursuing or has obtained Montessori training, has experience working with children ages 0-3 in group settings, is familiar or open to learning child-led philosophies, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree.
