The Gardner School of Oak Brook is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher in Oak Brook, IL to lead a warm, developmentally appropriate classroom, mentor assistants, and partner with families to support early learning.

We offer competitive pay from $18.70 to $22.00 per hour based on education and experience, plus health/dental/vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match, tuition discount, paid holidays, and ongoing professional development opportunities.

Competenze

• CDA or an Associate's degree is required; a BA in ECE is preferred.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Minimum 2 years of early childhood education experience as lead or co-lead.

(Required)* Regular and reliable attendance.* Intermediate PC skills and proficiency with general administrative tasks.
