You will own end-to-end architecture, guide a team of 5-6 configurators, and drive a high-volume roadmap aligned with a bold five-year expansion. We value deep expertise in Tier-1 TMS ecosystems (Manhattan TM Active, Oracle OTM, SAP TM, Blue Yonder) and hands-on configuration, testing, and integration skills across SQL/JSON, Postman and ServiceNow.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in large-scale enterprise configuration.
• 3+ years as Solution Design/Architect.
• Experience with major TMS; Manhattan TM Active preferred.
• Strong SQL/JSON data handling.
• Proven leadership of a 5-6 person configurator team.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end TMS architecture strategy.
• Lead configuration, testing, and support workflows.
• Align configurations with expansion goals.
• Mentor a 5-6 person configurator team.
• Analyze data flows and integration with warehouse and inventory systems.
• Collaborate with Product Owners on user stories and sprints.
• Assess system health and plan proactive upgrades.
