Job summary

St. Francis Health Services in Little Falls, MN is seeking a part-time Trained Medication Aide (TMA) for the NOC shift. The role leads medication administration and resident treatments, building relationships and providing comfort as part of the care team.

The TMA will pass medications, monitor residents, chart accurately, and follow procedures for medication control. Requires Med Certification, TMA license, CPR, and NAR certification; shifts are 8 hours with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must be Med Certified.
• TMA license and CPR certification required.
• NAR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Safely pass medications and provide treatments to residents.
• Chart medications accurately on MAR during the shift.
• Monitor residents’ responses and report changes.
• Follow procedures for drug control and secure medication storage.
• Stock and clean medication carts at end of shift.
