Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in tire design, development, or systems engineering at an OEM or tire supplier.
• Experience in fast-paced development environments with compressed timing.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering development of tires for Rivian, from concept to production.
• Own program-level tire engineering deliverables including requirement definitions.
• Balance vehicle-level attribute targets into tire-level technical requirements.
