Qualifications

• Ph.D. in immunology, cancer biology, bioengineering or related field with postdoctoral experience.
• 10+ years in TIL biology, T cell engineering, and translational oncology.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and IND documentation.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and lead a small, multidisciplinary team focused on TIL reprogramming.
• Design strategies to enhance TIL function via media, cytokines and gene approaches.
• Drive process innovation to improve potency, persistence, and scalability.
• Translate discoveries into preclinical development and IND-ready candidates.
• Collaborate with process development, CMC, regulatory and clinical teams.
