Job summary

GPAC, on behalf of a top local General Contractor, is seeking a Lead Superintendent to lead diverse Class A Office Tenant Improvements. Projects range from $100K to $20M and are executed on-site in the Dallas, TX area.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience leading Class A Office TI projects as an acting Superintendent, excels at daily crew meetings, and can hire, train, and manage staff while following approved drawings and plans. All qualified candidates will be contacted.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years leading Class A Office TI projects as an acting Superintendent.
• Lead daily meetings with the entire crew.
• Hire, train and manage those underneath you.
• Follow drawings and approved plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead diverse Class A Office TI projects on-site.
• Oversee safety, scheduling, and quality control for TI works.
• Coordinate trades and ensure alignment with plans.
• Report progress to senior management and client as needed.
