Qualifications

• 5+ years of profile extrusion or twin-screw compounding experience preferred.
• Experience with statistical methods (SPC, Six Sigma Concepts).
• Ability to manage capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and prove out of thermoplastic tooling.
• Operation and troubleshooting of extruders and injection molders.
• Assist operators with process improvements.
