Mezzo Technologies, a division of Signia Aerospace, seeks a Principal Performance Engineer to tackle complex thermal and mechanical challenges in heat exchanger technology. You will guide designs through the full development cycle—from thermal sizing to qualification testing—driving innovative solutions for evolving customer needs.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in mechanical or aerospace engineering and 8+ years of engineering analysis experience.
• Preferred: MS or PhD; strong background in simulations and verification/validation.

Responsibilities

• Perform stress, heat transfer, and fluid flow calculations to develop design parameters.
• Develop and execute verification plans to ensure new products meet design requirements.
• Produce documentation for design reviews and data deliverables.
• Collaborate with designers to balance performance and manufacturability.
• Coordinate qualification testing and support to ensure readiness of new products.
• Develop and maintain analytical models and tools; stay current with tech advances.
