EDCare in Denver seeks a Primary Therapist to direct care within PHP/IOP/Residential/VIOP programs. You will provide individual, group, and family therapy, develop treatment plans, and coordinate discharge with the interdisciplinary team.

A Master’s in behavioral health is required; licensure LPCC or LSW within 3 months; CPR within 90 days. Strong communication and EMR skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral health required; PhD or PsyD preferred.
• Licensed as LPCC or LSW within 3 months of start required.
• CPR Certification within 90 days of hire required.
• Experience working with eating disordered clients and dual diagnoses.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual therapy (twice weekly for PHP) and group/family sessions as clinically indicated.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans with PHP goals.
• Maintain thorough documentation including treatment plans and progress notes.
• Coordinate discharge planning and aftercare with outpatient providers.
• Liaise with families and treatment team; lead staff and family communications.
• Attend staffing meetings and contribute to curriculum and program development.
