Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical staff to enhance professional development and success.
• Provide clinical supervision for licensed and unlicensed clinicians within the assigned office location.
• Monitor adherence to company policies, procedures, and clinical standards.
• Maintain an active therapy caseload and provide direct clinical services.
• Report to the Director of Therapeutic Services and collaborate with Operations Manager(s) to support clinical operations.
