Job summary

Serenity Therapy Solutions LLC is seeking a full-time Lead Therapist for a Skilled Nursing Facility in the Bronx, NY. This role combines clinical engagement with leadership, supervising physical, occupational, and speech therapy staff while staying hands-on with patient care.

Qualifications

• Valid New York professional license (PT, OT, or SLP).
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Rehab Director in supervising the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapists and aides.
• Provide leadership and guidance to therapy staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Support therapists with clinical problem-solving, patient needs, and treatment plan modifications.
• Ensure efficient department operations in line with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Rehab Director regarding scheduling, workflow, and staff performance.
• Promote regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
• Maintain a partial clinical caseload as determined by the Rehab Director.
• Support adherence to quality, accuracy, and timeliness of documentation.
