Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a Lead Test Operator in Centennial, CO. This hands-on role supports installing, instrumenting, and testing of turbine engines in a fast-growing production environment. You will work on mechanical and electrical tasks with strict safety practices and detailed documentation.

The position requires four years of related experience, strong reading of blueprints/schematics, and the ability to lift up to 35 pounds. U.S.

Qualifications

• Four years of related experience.
• Two years of mechanical and/or electrical assembly testing.
• Experience using hand, power and pneumatic tools.
• Ability to follow standard work instructions and safety procedures.
• Blueprint and schematic-reading ability.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation and communication skills.
• Regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Turbine-engine, hydraulic, fuel-system or electrical-cabling experience is helpful.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and lift up to 35 pounds.
• U.S. citizenship and eligibility for a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install and remove turbine engines from test cells.
• Connect thermocouples, pressure transducers, strain gauges and accelerometers.
• Execute pre-programmed test sequences.
• Perform mechanical and electrical work on cables, pipes, fittings and fixtures.
• Read work instructions, blueprints and schematics.
• Inspect tested components using prescribed measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and instrumentation issues.
• Maintain equipment and support improvements to testing procedures.
• Document work progress, technical data and corrective actions.
