Job summary

PacSci EMC invites an experienced Test Engineering & Metrology Manager to lead the test and metrology function for energetic components in aerospace defense programs. You will oversee DV/PV, environmental and safety testing, data integrity, and reporting while guiding a hands-on team of engineers and technicians.

You will champion explosive safety, MIL-STD alignment, RCCA, and 8D problem-solving, partnering with Design, Quality, and Manufacturing to drive design maturation and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressively responsible test engineering experience in regulated hardware environments.
• 3+ years in a supervisory or team-lead capacity.
• Experience developing qualification test programs to MIL-STD/AOP specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a mixed team of test engineers and technicians.
• Own NPD test strategy, plans, and DV/PV execution.
• Manage test facilities, calibration, metrology, and data reporting.
• Ensure compliance with explosive safety, DoD/OSHA requirements, and site procedures.
