Job summary

Integral Federal, Inc. is seeking a senior QA/Testing lead to develop and maintain comprehensive test strategies and plans for DoD and other government programs.

You will lead functional, regression, integration, performance, and operational testing, ensuring traceability from requirements to tests and coordinating with CIT/GAT and other stakeholders. The role requires 8+ years of software testing/QA experience, demonstrated test leadership, and experience in Agile testing, traceability, defect

Qualifications

• BA/BS in engineering; four additional years of experience in lieu of degree acceptable.

• JPES/JCRM/JOPES. Salary range: $130,000-$160,000 This position is in the proposal stage. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
