Job summary

Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is seeking a Principal Test Engineer to lead system-level integration testing for the GWS-GSS IPT in Huntsville, AL. The role requires active Secret clearance and experience with test plans, integration planning, C++, Python, GUI testing, and GitLab/Bitbucket.

Responsibilities include designing testing criteria, developing test procedures, scheduling tests, and reporting progress and results. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• US citizenship and active Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree in STEM with 5 years of related experience, Master’s with 3 years or PhD with 1 year.
• Experience designing, developing, implementing, and executing test plans, integration plans, and procedures for system-level integration testing.
• Ability to interpret requirements and test guidance to complete testing.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support business needs.

Responsibilities

• Support the GWS-GSS IPT with system-level integration testing activities.
• Schedule tests for execution and coordinate test activities based on program requirements.
• Design, develop, implement, and execute test plans, integration plans, and test procedures for system-level integration testing.
• Interpret system requirements and test guidance to develop and execute effective integration tests.
• Develop testing criteria and verification methods to demonstrate satisfactory requirements.
• Monitor, report test progress, quality status, and results.
• Adapt test plans as conditions evolve and test execution accordingly.
• Support test development and automation using C++, Python, and scripting languages.
• Use Eggplant or comparable GUI-based testing tools for software and system testing.
• Use GitLab or Bitbucket for source code and configuration management.
• Document and communicate test results and findings.
