• Familiarity with 93k, Cohu DiamondX, ETS364 or Teradyne microFLEX.

Responsibilities

• Define test requirements for new ICs with development team.
• Write characterization programs and develop production test software.
• Design load boards for automated test equipment.
• Perform GR&R studies and transient analysis (Spike Check).
• Transfer test solutions to production environments.
