Job summary

Texas Instruments seeks a Test Manager for the Precision Analog to Digital Converters team in Tucson, AZ. You will lead test engineering, define test strategies for precision ADCs, and drive improvements across hardware, test equipment, and processes to ensure product quality and cost efficiency.

The role demands strong leadership, deep analog testing expertise, and the ability to partner with Design, Validation, and Manufacturing to bring advanced ADC technology into production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in analog testing
  • 2+ years experience of leadership experience
  • Proven history of technical accomplishment, planning, coordinating, executing on multiple projects simultaneously in the areas of test development and test cost reduction activities
  • Great breadth of test platform and test technologies
  • Advanced level of understanding and use of Advantest and/or Teradyne/Eagle ATE

Responsibilities

  • Lead a test engineering team and drive test strategies for cutting edge precision 24-bit ADCs
  • Collaborate with Design, Validation, Product, Applications, Marketing, Manufacturing, Quality and Reliability in new product development and production release
  • Develop and drive innovation in test to drive test cost to entitlement
  • Optimize production test programs, including test time reduction activities, and yield improvement
  • Translate defect driven test suites to production test solutions that also validate spec performance
