Job summary

Mission Technologies, a division of HII, is seeking a Lead Test Engineer for the A4W Nimitz Class RCOH Program at Newport News, VA. You will apply JFMM and TUM requirements to system maintenance and testing during depot-level maintenance, working in the E84 SEP Test Engineering department.

The role requires 2 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 6 years with a HS diploma), experience with Navy WAFs/eSOMS, and an active Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Requires U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
• Requires 2 years relevant experience with a Bachelor's, or 0 years with a Master's, or 6 years with a high school diploma/equivalent.
• Experience with Navy WAFs and tag-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Translate contractual requirements into test strategies.
• Develop and execute detailed test plans, procedures, and schedules.
• Coordinate testing across teams and systems.
• Review test requirements for completeness.
• Perform system-level analyses and prepare evaluations/reports.
