Jabil in Florence, KY is seeking an experienced Test Engineer to drive development, integration, and continuous improvement of next-generation compute platforms, including AI/ML and GPGPU systems.

You will lead test engineering activities in a high-volume manufacturing environment, focusing on product quality, system performance, and operational excellence through automation and team leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in test engineering, failure analysis, or hardware validation in manufacturing.
• Experience with server, networking, and storage systems; Linux and scripting (Python, Bash).
• Presenting technical data and leading cross-functional discussions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain test procedures, systems, hardware, and software for advanced compute platforms.
• Lead failure analysis and root cause investigations across hardware and software domains.
• Troubleshoot server, networking, storage, and accelerator-based systems.
• Develop and deploy automation using Python and Bash scripting.
• Analyze manufacturing and system data using Excel and Power BI.
